Before entering her executive role at Deutsche Bank, Zuckerberg served as Corporate Vice President and Recruiting Hire Lead at New York Life Insurance Company. In this VP role, Zuckerberg oversaw the company’s recruitment process and worked together with management to find customers target points of interest.
Prior to working as a Corporate Vice President at New York Life Insurance, Zuckerberg held an Executive recruiter and Vice President for at Citi for over six years. Her she was able to facilitate expert level job offers, offer expert counsel on recruitment plans, and acquired elite talent for around the world.
Zuckerberg’s extensive experience began years before her roles at Deutsche Bank, New York Life, and Citi. Zuckerberg held the Director of Candidate Placement for many years as she successfully acquired managers, paralegals, support staff, attorneys, financial institutions and law firms. Zuckerberg, also resolved and mediated employee conflict, while also acting as a support coach for her recruiting team. Because Zuckerberg has such a strong work ethic and educational background, she is able to offer such a wide variety of executive recruitment talent, management and executive recruitment leadership.
Zuckerberg attended school at the University of Brooklyn College, where she majored in philosophy before transferring to the New York Law School, prior to entering the talent acquisition industry. Because of the mentor-ship that Zuckerberg received in her her early staged of recruitment, she is able to train others how to properly manage and acquire talent while still being a mentor to her team as well. She has been trained in conflict resolution, employee training, and elite sourcing. Zuckerbergs interest in technology also allows her to stay ahead of her competition.

She has a firm belief in human rights and is a strong ambassador for animal welfare. Zuckerberg is also an advocate for the social and economic betterment of impoverished areas around the world and using her abilities and talents to mentor, benefit, and develop those around her.
